Joe Piccininni joined Compass in 2021 after a seven-year tenure at Coldwell Banker, where he earned top 5% of agents worldwide and a spot as a 30 Under 30 for the company in 2017. Joe's achievements are recognized locally, earning Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of Realtors® in 2016. He's appeared three times on NBC's Open House and featured on Inman.com and Newsday.

Joe's volunteer experience includes serving as a Director of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (2018-2020), Secretary of LIBOR's Young Professionals Network (2018-2020), and Secretary of LIBOR's Hamptons Chapter, (2018-2020).

When not out in the field, Joe leads a section of trumpets in the Stony Brook University Wind Ensemble, enjoys a good joke, plays ultimate frisbee, and spends time on the ocean. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Film Studies and a minor in Digital Arts. A little known fact, Joe earned four NCAA championship rings.
