HANFRA - Hamptons & North Fork REALTORS® Association members are available to help you buy or sell real estate on Long Island, across the East End - The Hamptons & North Fork and Shelter Island.
That's all you have to do. We will take care of the rest and send you a receipt back to the email address you have provided on the above form. You can charge your dues and pay for classes, events, continuing education, courses, etc. using this convenient and secure form.
WHAT DO I PAY?
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1st
a $20 late fee will be added TOTAL DUE for a REALTOR® Associates(sales agents and associate brokers) is $296 and that includes a $20 late fee. If you wish to contribute to RPAC, you should add your additional contribution to this amount.
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1st, an additional $20 late fee will be added. Total due $316.
EFFECTIVE MARCH 1st the total due including a suspension and reinstatement will be $336.
For a REALTOR® member (owners, brokers, principals, and designated REALTORS®), the amount is $480 without an RPAC contribution until February 1, after that, the amount is $500.

REALTORS®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATES® and AFFILIATE Dues Process for New Members Now returning HANFRA members can pay their ANNUAL dues online by using a major credit card - see instructions to your left. You do NOT need to complete an application.
If your are a new member or affiliate you should complete an application first:

First, if your invoice is for the entire current year, you are required to pay the full amount by December 31st without incurring a late fee. After this date, a $20 per month late fee will be charged. If you join during the year, you will pay a prorata amount based on the month you submit your APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Instructions for paying on line - New Members - FULL YEAR- January 1 - December 31 Complete the on-line application and submit. If you have any questions regarding the process, call the HANFRA office at 631-734-8310. Then go and complete the secure payment form located in the far left column. Be sure to indicate when you want the payment processed. If it is in the future, be sure your credit card will still be valid. A $20 fee will be assessed for returned charges.
Instructions for paying for less than a year - New Members
If you are joining mid-year and paying for less than the full year, your dues are prorated monthly. Call the office 734-8310 or email info@hanfra.com for the correct amount. It changes every month.

What type of membership will I select? Most of you will select (PRIMARY) REALTOR® ASSOCIATE. Only owners, principals, officers of the corporation or selected office personnel and associates are considered as REALTORS®. They have voting privileges. REALTORS® ASSOCIATES do not. If you have a question about type of membership, call the office at 631-734-8310 before submitting your application.
Who is a "secondary member"? A secondary member is someone who chooses under the "Board of Choice" concept to belong to another board in addition to HANFRA. In that case, he/she will pay only the local dues portion to HANFRA. State and National dues will be remitted through their primary board. A secondary member to HANFRA can not use the payment online feature.
